Integrated Clinical Data Base (ICDB)

The TRICARE Northeast Region has had an interest in the Integrated Clinical Data Base (ICDB) product for several years. TRICARE Northeast leadership requested the development of a business plan for the rollout of the ICDB throughout the region.
Statement of Work

• Review the various versions of ICDB that have been deployed worldwide and recommend a version of ICDB for deployment throughout the Region based on the TRICARE Northeast Strategic Plan and regional user requirements.  Analyze the existing ICDB and CHCS architectures to determine the scope of desired system core functionality and scalability.  Identify and recommend mitigation strategies for risks associated with deploying the recommended ICDB product throughout the region.

• Time and Materials (labor hour) subcontract agreement.
