Air Force Surgeon General Training Support

Symphony Consulting Group is developing, designing, coordinating and implementing critical training support for senior military and civilians assigned to the Air Force Surgeon General’s Office.  The training supports the Air Force Surgeon General’s mission of sustaining a healthy and fit active duty force, which includes the health and well-being of retirees and eligible beneficiaries.  This training is essential for Air Force staff members charged with the design, development and procurement of critical Air Force supplies and services.

This custom training is offered in a variety of delivery methods including: on-line, interactive web cast, and standard classroom lecture and demonstration.  Current core topics of instruction include:

  • Program Management
  • Acquisition & Procurement
  • Financial & Resource Management
  • Other training pertaining to the DoD 5000 Series Regulations

In addition to the subjects above, the Symphony team also provides ancillary training in other subjects, such as Information Assurance, HIPAA, and Life Saving Procedures, to maintain core professional competencies of both officers and non-commission officers.

Synopsis of Statement of Work (SOW)

  • To develop, design, coordinate and implement training support in the areas of Program Management, Acquisition & Procurement, Financial & Resource Management, as well as other training pertaining to the DoD 5000 Series Regulations for the Air Force Surgeon General’s Office.

  • Time and Materials (labor hour) subcontract agreement.
