Services Overview
From the beginning, Symphony has engaged in
cutting-edge projects for the Government. Symphony has provided Health
Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) consulting
services covering a wide variety of patient privacy and information
security matters for the United States Air Force at teaching
facilities, hospitals and clinics. Symphony completed a Regional
planning, implementation and rollout project for an Integrated Clinical
Data Base (ICDB) at Army, Navy, and Air Force hospitals throughout the
Northeast and supported the Air Force Surgeon General for worldwide
roll out. Symphony is currently working on AHLTA Block 2, release 2,
Implementation and Training (I&T), the modernization of DoD Dental
IT structure and electronic documentation at clinics worldwide.
Our expertise is health-related technology
and services, program management, education and training, and
healthcare finance. We are equipped to handle medium to highly
complex projects and believe in the application of industry and
Government best practices in solving problems and implementing change.
For example, in September of 2004, Symphony was awarded the
Registration, Eligibility, and Contact Management (RE/CM) contract by
the Department of Veteran Affairs. The scope of the project
included a business process analysis, data architecture analysis,
application development and implementation of a service oriented
architecture to facilitate the exchange of Veteran data throughout the
VA enterprise.
Symphony’s commitment, professionalism
and approach are complemented by our real-world experience in strategy
development through service delivery. Combined, we have the
ability to ensure successful, on time and budget, delivery to our
customers and stakeholders.
