Symphony Consulting Group was founded as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business focused on helping federal agencies identify and adopt innovative Government and commercial solutions to solve complex operational and fiscal challenges.
Symphony has a corporate philosophy based on the concept that if we hire, train, and retain the best people, we will be able to consistently offer customers outstanding results and excellent value. Our fundamental value system embraces intolerance of mediocrity and reliance on each Symphony employee or partner to be held accountable for contributions to customer service and satisfaction. These simple principles formulate what we refer to as our “SEAL Team” concept. Like the highly respected Navy SEALS, we only seek to work with the best of the best. To ensure this important role is carried out competently, we support our staff in becoming active in professional organizations and attending regular continuing education classes. We also encourage our people to attain certification through the Program Management Institute and other professional organizations.
